All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement. If payment is not received or fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
